Homeschooling is not school at home because life happens every day and there are things we just cannot control.

Homeschooling could be organized, snuggling up on the couch with a book, outdoor learning adventures and discovery, there is no right or wrong way to teach your child you just have to find your groove.

When beginning this journey there are a few questions you need to ask yourself: - What are the family needs. - What is the work schedule. - What is the family style. - Do both or one parent work - Are their multiple siblings - Do we want religious based curriculum And there are so many many more...
All of these play a role in deciding your lifestyle and what curriculum you would use for your family.
My thoughts are if you are new in homeschooling take a gap period of 6 to 1 year and take your time understanding your family dynamics again you will not ruin your child you may find that your family heals in areas you never knew needed some TLC.
